These terms govern your use of destintattoo.com and set out the basic policies of Custom Concepts Tattoos and Designs. By using this site or booking with us, you agree to them.
About the Shop
Custom Concepts Tattoos and Designs is a licensed tattoo studio located at 11394 US-98 Unit I, Miramar Beach, FL 32550, operating since 2005. We offer tattoo services only — we do not offer piercings.
Use of This Website
This site exists to show our work and help you contact us. You agree not to misuse it — no scraping, no attempting to breach security, no using our content or images for your own commercial purposes.
Our Artwork and Images
All tattoo designs, portfolio photos, logos, and written content on this site belong to Custom Concepts Tattoos and Designs or our artists. Custom designs we create remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our designs or photos without written permission — and that includes taking our custom artwork to another shop.
Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations
Consultations are free. Custom work and appointments may require a deposit, which is applied to the final cost of your tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the deposit — that time was held for you.
Pricing quoted before an appointment is an estimate. Final cost depends on size, detail, placement, and session time, and your artist will confirm before work begins.
Age and ID Requirements
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all tattoo services. Clients under 18 are subject to Florida's parental consent requirements — call the shop before coming in. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone, including for health or safety reasons.
Health and Aftercare
Tattooing is a procedure that breaks the skin. You're responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions before your session and for following the aftercare instructions provided. Nothing on this website is medical advice — if you have concerns about how a tattoo is healing, contact the shop, and see a medical professional for anything beyond normal healing.
Touch-Up Policy
We stand behind our work. Touch-ups on healed pieces are handled case by case — contact the shop. Touch-ups needed because aftercare instructions weren't followed may be charged as new work.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Concepts Tattoos and Designs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. The site and its content are provided "as is" — we work to keep information accurate (hours, pricing context, availability) but it may change without notice.
Third-Party Links
This site may link to third-party sites (Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook). We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Walton County, Florida.
