Cookies. This site uses cookies for analytics and, if you arrived through one of our ads, for measuring ad performance (Google Ads conversion tracking). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and schedule appointments, communicate about your tattoo (design discussions, appointment reminders), improve the website and our marketing, and comply with legal requirements that apply to tattoo studios.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (website hosting, analytics, appointment and payment tools), and only as needed for them to do their jobs.

Photos of Tattoo Work
We photograph finished tattoos for our portfolio and social media. We only publish photos of your tattoo with your consent, given at the shop. If you've changed your mind about a published photo, contact us and we'll take it down.

Before tattooing, we may ask about health conditions relevant to the procedure. That information stays in the shop, is used only for safety, and is never published or shared for marketing.
Data Retention and Security
We keep consent forms and client records as long as Florida law requires, and inquiry information only as long as it's useful for serving you. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no website or system is 100% secure.
